Jeff Bezos And Lauren Sanchez Set To Tie The Knot This Summer

Jeff Bezos and his fiancée, Lauren Sanchez, have finally locked in their wedding plans — two years after their engagement, according to Daily Mail.

The couple got engaged in May 2023 when Bezos, one of the richest men in the world, proposed with a massive pink diamond ring. Sanchez later admitted the ring was so stunning that she "nearly blacked out" when she saw it.

To celebrate their engagement, the pair hosted a star-studded party on Bezos' luxurious superyacht over the summer. Guests included tech titan Bill Gates, Hollywood icon Leonardo DiCaprio, and Kardashian matriarch Kris Jenner.

Rumors had swirled about a "winter wonderland wedding" set for December 28 in Aspen, but the day passed without a ceremony. However, a source close to the couple told Daily Mail that the wedding is very much "still on" and is set to happen this summer. Plans are "inked in," with invitations expected to go out soon.

Sanchez has reportedly already chosen her wedding dress from designer Oscar de la Renta.

In November 2023, the former TV host confirmed that she plans to take Bezos' last name, saying: "Uh, yes, one hundred percent. I am looking forward to being Mrs. Bezos."

Sanchez has often spoken fondly of Bezos, sharing in an interview: "He's so happy; he inspires me every day. He makes me a better person every day. He's the most loving human I know."

Bezos echoed those sentiments, telling CNN: "Lauren is the most generous, big-hearted person you could ever meet. She never misses a birthday. The network of people she gives birthday presents to is gigantic — and that’s just a small example. We're really great teammates, and we also have a lot of fun together. And we love each other."

Bezos, 61, was previously married to novelist MacKenzie Scott for 25 years. They share four children.

Looks like a summer wedding is officially on the horizon for the power couple!
