In a chilling real-life twist fit for a true-crime thriller, Victoria Goodwin—the wife of actor and paranormal investigator Aaron Goodwin—has been arrested for allegedly hiring a hitman to kill her husband. The shocking revelation comes just two years after their fairytale wedding at Disneyland’s Haunted Mansion.

A Sinister Plot Unraveled

According to TMZ, Victoria was taken into custody on March 6, facing charges of solicitation to commit murder and conspiracy to commit murder after allegedly plotting to have Aaron eliminated rather than seeking a divorce.

Authorities uncovered the disturbing scheme when correction officers seized a contraband phone belonging to an inmate in a Florida prison. Investigators say Victoria had been in contact with the inmate, reportedly sending damning text messages that exposed her alleged murder-for-hire plan.

One particularly incriminating text read:
"Am I a bad person? Because I chose to end his existence. Not divorce."

Court documents claim that Victoria offered $11,515 for the hit, with an upfront payment of $2,500 to seal the deadly deal. Investigators allege she provided Aaron’s whereabouts while he was filming Ghost Adventures in California—information she reportedly relayed to the inmate via text.

Despite the overwhelming evidence, Victoria has denied the allegations. She admitted to police that she and Aaron had been experiencing "marital problems," but downplayed the chilling messages as mere “daydreaming or fantasizing about being without her husband.”
