According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the case was dismissed on December 16 after Kearney fulfilled her obligations, which included a theft intervention program, 24 hours of community service, and paying $125 in restitution.

This isn’t Kearney’s first brush with the law. Earlier this year, she was accused of another theft, including food, tumblers, and other items. That case was also dismissed in June after she met undisclosed conditions.
