Janet Jackson asks police to check on son while in father's care

 Janet Jackson called police Saturday over concern for her 1-year-old son, Eissa Al Mana .

Los Angeles County Sheriff's Deputy Kimberly Alexander said deputies made a welfare check on behalf of Jackson Saturday evening.

Deputies responded to the 2200 block of Pacific Coast Highway where the child was found with his father, Jackson's estranged husband Wissam Al Mana.

Alexander said deputies determined that everything was fine and there was no incident.

Authorities did not release any further details.

Jackson quietly married Al Mana, a Qatari businessman, in 2012.

In October 2016, Jackson announced she was pregnant with her first child at the age of 50.

They welcomed their son in January 2017 and separated soon after.

Jackson told Billboard last month that her son "has showed me that love, no matter how deeply you believe you have experienced that emotion, can always go deeper."

"Love is limitless. And for someone like me, raised in show business where self-concern is always a priority, how fortunate I am now to be concerned, first and foremost, with the welfare of someone else," she said. "Day after day and night after night, holding my baby in my arms, I am at peace. I feel bliss. In those moments, all is right with the world."

Characters In BBC’s Documentary On TB Joshua Unknown To Us – Synagogue Church

  The Synagogue Church of all Nations (SCOAN) has countered the BBC documentary on the late Temitope Babatunde Joshua, known as TB Joshua, founder of SCOAN. SCOAN described the documentary against TB Joshua as unfounded, and that the characters interviewed in the report were unknown to the church. The church, in a statement signed by its Public Affairs Director, Mr Dare Adejumo, said the statement was aimed at disabusing public minds from the report. The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) recalls that the BBC released a highly controversial and damning documentary on the late TB Joshua on Monday, accusing him of various crimes, including rape, against some members. NBA Suspends Canada’s Joshua Primo For 4 Games For Exposing Himself To Women

  The NBA has suspended former San Antonio Spurs guard  Joshua Primo   for four games   ... after it says it found he exposed his private parts to multiple women. The league announced the ban on Friday morning ... saying an investigation into the free agent revealed he had "engaged in inappropriate and offensive behavior." NBA officials called his actions "conduct detrimental to the league." They did, however, note that they "did not find evidence that he engaged in any sexual or other misconduct apart from these brief exposures."
