Will Smith Feels Targeted in SMEAR Campaign Amid Accusations, Leaving Jada and Kids 'Hurt'
Will Smith feels he is the target of a 'smear campaign' after his former assistant, Brother Bilaal, claimed he caught the actor having sex with Duane Martin in a dressing room.
Will, 55, vehemently denied the allegation, which was made during a now viral interview with YouTube personality Tasha K, branding it 'unequivocally false.'
His 'life partner' Jada Pinkett Smith, 52, also leapt to his defense, claiming they will be suing, while their children Jaden, 25, and Willow, 23, are said to be 'hurt' - but not surprised - by Bilaal's comments.
'Will is focused on his forthcoming movie and charitable projects but is considering all legal options as he suspects he is the target of a smear campaign,' a legal source told DailyMail.com exclusively.
'He’s exploring all legal options. Will believes the allegation is ludicrous and is hurt that a former friend would turn on him in this way.'
Will Smith feels he is the target of a 'smear campaign' against him after his former assistant, Brother Bilaal, claimed he caught the actor having sex with Duane Martin
Brother Bilaal claimed in an interview with Tasha K on Tuesday that he walked in on Will, 55, and Duane, 58, pictured here in 2003, having anal sex in a dressing room
The accusations have reportedly 'hurt' the Smith family, pictured, with Will and his life partner Jada Pinkett Smith, 52, now 'exploring all legal options'
Following the accusations, Jada - who recently revealed that she and Will secretly separated seven years ago - addressed the controversy directly on Wednesday, telling TMZ: 'We 'suin'!'
Rumors of Will's sexuality have persisted for years, but a separate source claimed that Bilaal's allegations have been particularly cutting for the family.
‘These rumors are nothing new to Will and Jada,' they told DailyMail.com. 'What is new is that his friend for 40 years is saying this.
'Jada is fazed by Bilaal's statements because of his credibility and closeness to Will. The kids are obviously hurt by this but nothing that comes out about their parents surprises them anymore.'
The insider went on to claim that Bilaal's comments have been particularly hard for Jaden, who they claim had to 'hide his sexuality for years' because 'his parents were not having any of it.'
Jaden allegedly faced a backlash from them when he referred to Tyler the Creator as 'his boyfriend' and described himself as 'sexually fluid' while on stage at the Camp Flog Gnaw carnival in 2018.
After performing, Jaden said: 'Tyler doesn't wanna say, but Tyler's my motherf*****g boyfriend! And he's been my motherf*****g boyfriend my whole f*****g life.'
Following the show, he tweeted: 'Yup @tylerthecreator I Told Everyone You Can't Deny It Now.' Tyler responded: 'Hahaha you a crazy n***a man.'
Will appeared to address his son's 'gender fluid' style in an interview with BBC Radio 1 Xtra, two years prior, in 2016.
'Jaden is 100 per cent fearless,' he said. 'He will do anything. As a parent, it's scary, it's really terrifying but he is completely willing to live and die by his own artistic decisions and he just doesn't concern himself with what people think.'
The host asked: 'Your kids seem to have a lot of freedom of expression, is that something you consciously encourage them to have?'
'Yeah, I think it might have been a mistake. We may have gone too far,' Will replied.
Bilaal's comments are the latest blow for Jaden and Willow. The siblings were said to be 'relieved' last month when news of their parents' separation was finally made public – after they were forced to lie for years about their parents secret split.
Jada Pinkett Smith addresses rumor and taking legal action
Now, they are faced with the fallout from Bilaal's shock claim that their father had engaged in anal sex with Duane, 58, in a dressing room while working on an unnamed project.
Describing the alleged encounter, Bilaal told Tasha K: 'I opened the door to Duane’s dressing room and that’s when I see Duane having anal sex with Will. There was a couch and Will was bent over on the couch and Duane was standing up killing him, murdering him - it was murder in there.'
He also made unflattering claims about Will's manhood, comparing his penis to the size of a 'pinky toe'.
A spokesperson for the Oscar-winning actor insisted the story was 'completely fabricated' in a statement on Tuesday.
Duane reportedly has no plans to publicly respond to the claim, according to TMZ.
Duane has worked with Will on a number of projects, including two episodes of his former series The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air in 1993 and 1995, and three episodes of the 2022 reboot Bel-Air.
Jada insisted Will has plans to take legal action during an appearance on The Breakfast Club radio show on Wednesday, where she described as the allegations as untrue and 'ridiculous.'
'It's ridiculous, right? And it's nonsense. This is a person who tried to a shake down, a money shake down that didn't work. We're going to take legal action. Because it's one thing to have your opinion about somebody, versus just making up salacious, malicious stories. So that's actionable, so we're going to roll with that.'
'So for me, unfortunately, it's part of it,' she added. 'It's not true, we're going to take care of it. And that's that.'
Will Smith denies gay rumors after accusations
She described how the rumor allegedly started: 'It's based around this person's idea that they in some way were doing business around Will's book and that they spent money or what have you and they need to be compensated.
'So he already tried to do that money shakedown,' she said. 'Will was willing to give him a certain amount or what have you and he didn't take it so this whole situation is based on that.'
Asked why Will would give him money, she said: 'Some business that they have. I don't know the complete details about it but that's about to come out because like I told you, we're about to take legal action.'
Asked how Will was dealing with the matter, she said Will always finds the humor in situations.
'Here's one good thing about Will - Will's always going to find the funny. He's always going to find the funny!' she said.
Duane was married to actress Tisha Campbell from 1996–2020.
Will has been extremely open about his sex life and has shared some very candid details about his bizarre relationship with intimacy - like the time he revealed that he used to 'vomit' after 'orgasming.'
In his 2021 memoir, entitled Will, the actor admitted that he went on a 'rampant' sex craze after suffering his first 'heartbreak' at age 15.
He said he slept with an immense amount of women in a 'desperate' attempt to feel some 'relief' after he found out his girlfriend had cheated on him - but he had so much intercourse that he started to get sick to his stomach after he'd orgasm.
Will has also been very outspoken when it comes to his and Jada's bedroom antics - writing in his book that they had as much sex as their 'bodies could have possibly handled' during the early stages of their romance.
In addition, he admitted in 2001 that getting in shape for the movie Ali made him feel like a 'human Viagra' and 'a sex machine,' who was 'raring to go every second of the day' - something his wife was extremely excited about.
Jada has also made a slew of NSFW comments about her and Will's sexual endeavors during the course of their marriage. She once claimed that they kept their spark alive by having sex in risqué places, like in the car on the way to the Oscars and on set during breaks, and sending each other 'sexy pictures.'
She also admitted that she loved watching her husband get intimate with other women during sex scenes in his movies, while Will added with a smile: 'She a little freaky like that.'

While the two stars have been tremendously honest about their passion for one another, she has also gotten candid about her disdain for the traditional 'ideas of a husband or partner' and 'conventional marriage.'
For years, her stance on the subject sparked rumors that she and Will were 'swingers' or that they had an 'open relationship' - which were only fueled when it was brought to light in 2020 that Jada had a secret affair with singer August Alsina four years prior.
At the time, August claimed that he got with Jada while she was still married to Will, and alleged that the actor knew about it and was completely supportive of it. Jada, on the other hand, insisted that her romance with August ensued during a 'break' from her marriage to Will and that she was never unfaithful to him.
Will later confirmed that he and Jada went through a 'period of non-monogamy,' which helped them after marriage began to feel like a 'prison.'
