Earlier on Tuesday, NoireTV reported that the Lakers star was deeply shaken and devastated by the shocking news. Bronny was rushed to the hospital in an ambulance following a 911 call made at 9.26 am on Monday. The incident was classified as a Code 3, highlighting its seriousness as it required ambulance lights and sirens.

A spokesperson for the James family issued a statement on Tuesday, explaining the situation and expressing their gratitude for the USC medical and athletic staff who promptly attended to Bronny. The family requested privacy and assured the public that they would share updates when available.

Support and well-wishes poured in for Bronny, with NFL player Damar Hamlin, who also experienced cardiac arrest on the field, tweeting his prayers and encouragement.

LeBron James has previously spoken about his desire to play alongside his son in the NBA. However, in more recent statements, he seemed to tone down the expectation, acknowledging that Bronny would forge his own path, and as parents, they would fully support him in whatever he chooses.

Cardiologists have cautioned that Bronny's basketball career, which was just beginning after his high school graduation, might be in jeopardy if they discover any underlying conditions that pose a high risk of sudden death.
