shola’s stint on The Rush ended Sunday night as he became the seventh champ to be evicted from the highly competitive reality show.

The physically demanding show, created by Pop Central TV (DStv channel 189), has had contestants compete in groups for six weeks with varying tasks designed to test them physically and mentally.

Ishola was nominated for eviction alongside Farida, Ife, Lilian, Adora, and Damilare. Predictably, he aced the game, giving his contenders a run for the chance to stay in the game.

Facing Destiny is a ‘go hard or go home’ run and the Three Pillars inevitably determines the champs’ success; performance, votes and luck.

Ishola may have performed excellently in the games but he was down on the latter two.

During his stay in the competition, Ishola was regarded as a team player but regardless, challenged the Chief on two separate occasions. Prior to his eviction, the champ had earned a sum of 564,722 from weekly payouts.

Meanwhile, The Rush champ, Aluya on Saturday night emerged as the new Chief of the competition. As such, he was protected from Sunday night’s nominations for possible eviction. He would also get an extra cash sum of N50, 000.

After Sunday’s Game of Eviction, twelve champs will have to fight for their place in the competition at the next Game of Destiny.

They include Daniel, Princess, Thomas, Giovani, Abisola, Anthony, Rhema, Ife, Farida, Adora, Damilare and Lilian.

As the competition gets heated ahead of the grand finale on December 5, the fourteen champs left in the competition will have to prove themselves worthy of retaining their place in the competition and winning the ultimate title, King of Champs, as well as the 15million naira grand prize.

Characters In BBC’s Documentary On TB Joshua Unknown To Us – Synagogue Church

  The Synagogue Church of all Nations (SCOAN) has countered the BBC documentary on the late Temitope Babatunde Joshua, known as TB Joshua, founder of SCOAN. SCOAN described the documentary against TB Joshua as unfounded, and that the characters interviewed in the report were unknown to the church. The church, in a statement signed by its Public Affairs Director, Mr Dare Adejumo, said the statement was aimed at disabusing public minds from the report. The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) recalls that the BBC released a highly controversial and damning documentary on the late TB Joshua on Monday, accusing him of various crimes, including rape, against some members. SCOAN said, “BBC World Services investigative unit, code-named Africa Eye, came out this week with weird and strange episodes of atrocities against the late founder of SCOAN.” It said that to investigate and publish or broadcast reports was a central kernel of journalism, but to do so outside the ethics and fundamental principles

NBA Suspends Canada’s Joshua Primo For 4 Games For Exposing Himself To Women

  The NBA has suspended former San Antonio Spurs guard  Joshua Primo   for four games   ... after it says it found he exposed his private parts to multiple women. The league announced the ban on Friday morning ... saying an investigation into the free agent revealed he had "engaged in inappropriate and offensive behavior." NBA officials called his actions "conduct detrimental to the league." They did, however, note that they "did not find evidence that he engaged in any sexual or other misconduct apart from these brief exposures." "Primo maintains that his conduct was not intentional," the league said.
