Another group of Nigerians stranded in Libya have returned to Nigeria and they were received by the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA).

They departed Mitiga International Airport, Tripoli, and arrived at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos, at about 5:47pm, NEMA said on Wednesday, Nov. 24.

The returnees, brought back to the country by the International Organisation for Migration (IOM) through a voluntary repatriation programme for the distressed persons, were received at the Cargo Wing of the Airport.

They will be kept for 7 days to isolate and receive medical care.
