Controversial American rapper, Tekashi69 has been hospitalized after he was pistol-whipped, robbed and  kidnapped in New York.
TMZ reports that the incident went down early Sunday morning when the rapper was working on a music video in Brooklyn. At about 4 AM when he wrapped up his session and drove home, from there, three hooded gunmen blocked his driveway and grabbed Tekashi and pistol-whipped him knocking him unconscious.

A source told the news site that the gunmen were driving around, telling him if they didn’t get his jewelry and money, they would kill him.
The gunmen then pulled up to Tekashi's home and two of them made their way inside as the third guarded the rapper inside the vehicle. The suspects reportedly took around $750k in jewelry and between $15k and $20k in cash from the rappers home.
According to the report, this all went down while Tekashi’s baby mama and daughter were inside the house but were not hurt.
After robbing his home, the gunmen drove away with Tekashi still in the back seat.  At some point 69 bravely open the back door and escaped. One of the gunmen began chasing him but got scared he'd be identified so he stopped.

The source also told the outlet that Tekashi jumped in the passenger seat of a stranger's vehicle and pleaded for help. The stranger called 911 and then asked 69 to get out of the car at an intersection.
It wasn’t long after, an ambulance came and the 22-year-old rapper was taken to a hospital, where doctors are reportedly performing various tests, including a CT scan on him.
