British and Nigerian boxer Anthony Joshua has announced that he will face Mexican Andy Ruiz in a rematch on December 7 in Diriyah, Saudi Arabia.
Andy Ruiz shocked the world when he knocked out Anthony Joshua to claim the WBA, IBF and WBO belts on June 1, 2019.
Anthony Joshua is now determined to secure revenge against Ruiz who will also wants to defend his unified heavyweight titles.
Although Anthony Joshua wants the rematch to hold in the United Kingdom, but Ruiz kicked against the option and the organizers had to look for a neutral venue.
Joshua’s defeat this year against Ruiz was his first ever as he seeks redemption against his opponent in a fight expected to be tough in Saudi Arabia.
