The moment an Ohio State Fair ride turned deadly was captured on video. The horrific accident which occurred on Wednesday night left one dead and seven others injured.
In the video, riders can be seen flying through the air as a part of the Fire Ball ride broke off its hinges in a horrific accident and violently ejected the occupants. 
Eighteen-year-old Tyler Jarrell, of Columbus, Ohio, was killed Wednesday evening the Ohio State Highway Patrol said. Authorities have identified the seven injured people as:Tamika Dunlap, 36; Russell Franks, 42; Keziah Lewis, 19; Jacob Andrews, 22; Jennifer Lambert, 18; and Abdihakim Hussein, 19. A 14-year-old boy was wounded but his name has not been publicly released.
The victims were transported to local hospitals and at least three are in critical condition. At a news conference this morning, Ohio Gov. John Kasich called the incident a "nightmare," but he still encouraged Ohioans to visit the fair.
"Our hearts are heavy for the families of those involved in last night’s tragic accident. We have shut down all rides until the state has inspected each and every ride again and deemed them to be safe," fair officials tweeted earlier today.

Characters In BBC’s Documentary On TB Joshua Unknown To Us – Synagogue Church

  The Synagogue Church of all Nations (SCOAN) has countered the BBC documentary on the late Temitope Babatunde Joshua, known as TB Joshua, founder of SCOAN. SCOAN described the documentary against TB Joshua as unfounded, and that the characters interviewed in the report were unknown to the church. The church, in a statement signed by its Public Affairs Director, Mr Dare Adejumo, said the statement was aimed at disabusing public minds from the report. The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) recalls that the BBC released a highly controversial and damning documentary on the late TB Joshua on Monday, accusing him of various crimes, including rape, against some members. NBA Suspends Canada’s Joshua Primo For 4 Games For Exposing Himself To Women

  The NBA has suspended former San Antonio Spurs guard  Joshua Primo   for four games   ... after it says it found he exposed his private parts to multiple women. The league announced the ban on Friday morning ... saying an investigation into the free agent revealed he had "engaged in inappropriate and offensive behavior." NBA officials called his actions "conduct detrimental to the league." They did, however, note that they "did not find evidence that he engaged in any sexual or other misconduct apart from these brief exposures."
