It’s Pride Month and Laverne Cox is celebrating with the unveiling of her Madame Tussands wax figure. See how life-like it is, plus catch up on the controversy surrounding a brown and black stripe being added to Philly’s pride flag inside…
Laverne Cox is out here LIVING.
The “Orange Is The New Black” star, above posing it up outside “The View” studio in NYC, was honored with her very own wax figure at Madame Tussands in Washington, D.C. She’s making history yet again.
She’s the first openly transgender person to have a wax figure of herself in Madame Tussauds 250-year history. And it came at the perfect time: Pride Month.
And the wax figure is SPOT on. She donated the dress she wore for her TIME magazine cover for a more realistic feel.
Nailed it.
By the way, the new season of "Orange Is The New Black" is currently streaming on Netflix.
