Twitter will ban all political advertising on the platform globally, Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey has announced.
He made this statement on Twitter and explained that they'll be stopping every paid political ad because they "believe political message reach should be earned not bought".
According to Jack Dorsey, paying for reach as regards politics "brings significant risks to politics, where it can be used to influence votes to affect the lives of millions.
He promised that details on the ban will follow in November.

  Gaza's Hamas-run health ministry has said at least 87 people were killed and more than 40 injured in Saturday's Israeli air strike on the city of Beit Lahia in the north of the Palestinian enclave. In a dramatic turn of events, a United States Air Force F-16 fighter jet plunged into the waters off the coast of South Korea during a routine training mission, adding another layer of intrigue to the series of crashes involving US military aircraft stationed in Korea.
