American singer, Toni Braxton who is currently in Nigeria, has said she loves Teni’s music, and everything in the country looks so beautiful.
In a video she posted on Twitter, the singer could be seen dancing and listening to the song of the Nigerian artistes playing in the background.
She wrote:
Nigeria, Everything is so Beautiful, especially the MUSIC! Obe by BOJ feat. Teni is my new favorite… I can’t wait to learn the language so that I can sing it right
Toni Braxton was in Lagos last night for Prince Nduka Obaigbena’s 60th birthday party.
The American RnB star and Grammy winner whose sister, Tamar Braxton is currently dating a Nigerian, performed at the event which had many dignitaries in attendance.

ISWAP Insurgents Assassinate Village Head In Borno State, Nigeria

Suspected members of the Islamic State West Africa Province (ISWAP) have reportedly killed the traditional ruler of Kinnari, a remote village in Damasak, Mobbar Local Government Area of Borno State. The brutal attack took place on the night of Friday, August 1, around 9:00 p.m., when the insurgents stormed the village and gunned down the 65-year-old village head, Goni Kinnari, according to security analyst Zagazola Makama. Following the incident, troops of Operation Hadin Kai, in collaboration with the Civilian Joint Task Force (CJTF) and local hunters, swiftly mobilised to the area and successfully repelled the attackers.
