Eddie Murphy is reportedly in talks with Netflix to make a stand-up special exclusively for the video streaming service.
But the Beverly Hills Cop star, 58, is making sure he gets a big payday for the show.
The comedian is "locked in talks with the streaming giant for an undisclosed number of comedy specials".
And it's thought negotiations are hovering around the £55 million mark for the deal - although the exact figure is unknown.
The bill sounds outrageous but the rate is actually in line with other top comedians.
Dave Chappelle earned £47 million for three stand-up specials on Netflix back in 2017.
And Chris Rock got £31 million for just two specials the year before.
Murphy hasn't performed on stage for years and so fans are clamouring for him to make a big comeback.
