According to the Dailymail, the victim who wasn't named was alone at his apartment waiting for a relative in Thailand's  Nakhon Ratchasima  province on Monday night. When the family member arrived, he found the man motionless in bed clutching his device, which was still connected to the wall socket. The Chicago Sun-Times reports that Cook County prosecutors filed the new charges against Kelly on Thursday May 30th. Chicago prosecutors charged the singer with aggravated criminal sex assault, criminal sex assault, and aggravated criminal sex abuse, among others.  Among the new charges are four counts of aggravated criminal sexual assault, two counts of criminal sexual assault by force, two counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse and three counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse
